An active member is anyone marked as a member or visitor in the last 12 months. Inactive records don't count toward your limit. You can archive at any time.
Online giving uses Stripe; standard Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% for ACH up to $5). We don't add a markup. Donors can choose to cover the fee.
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data stays — features just toggle on or off.
